  • Google Account Data: When you connect your Google account, we access:
    • Calendar events and availability to generate your daily schedule summary
    • Basic profile information (name, email) to personalize your experience
    • Time zone preferences to ensure accurate scheduling

    We only access the specific data needed for email generation and do not store this data after processing.

  • Other Integration Data: Temporary access to data from Notion, GitHub, etc., solely to generate your email content—no data is stored after processing.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe; we don't store your card details.
  • Usage Data: Basic analytics (e.g., login times) to improve the Service.

2. Use of Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate and deliver daily debrief emails with your schedule and activities.
  • Process your subscription payments via Stripe.
  • Communicate account updates or respond to inquiries.
  • Monitor and enhance Service performance.
  • Ensure accurate timezone-based scheduling of your daily emails.

3. Data Retention and Control

Google Calendar data and other integration data is not stored—it's processed in real-time and deleted after your email is sent. Your email address and account data are retained only while your account is active. You can:

  • Stop emails anytime via the unsubscribe link or account settings
  • Revoke Google Calendar access through your Google Account settings
  • Delete your account and all data (including email and payment history) using the account deletion feature or email [email protected]

We'll process deletion requests within 30 days.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data, except:

  • Google: We only access the specific Google Calendar data you authorize, and we do not share this data with any third parties.
  • Stripe: For payment processing (see their privacy policy).
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Secure servers and infrastructure
  • Regular security audits
  • Limited access to Google Calendar data

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms:

  • Google Calendar: We access your calendar events and availability to generate your daily schedule summary. This data is processed in real-time and not stored.
  • Other Platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Strava, Notion, GitHub): We access only the data you authorize to generate your daily debrief email content. This data is processed in real-time and not retained after your email is sent.
  • No AI/ML Training: Data from Google Workspace, Strava, and all other APIs is used solely to provide the Service and is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

The privacy policies of these platforms govern your data on their systems—we only access what you authorize for email generation.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access or correct your account data via your dashboard
  • Revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings
  • Request data deletion as described above

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes, especially regarding how we handle Google user data, will be communicated via email or the Service. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
